Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to work closely with the founders at Goela Financial Services LLP, our SEBI-registered investment advisory.

This role sits inside the Founder's Office and operates at the intersection of inside sales, consultative selling, client conversion, and pipeline ownership.

The primary responsibility is converting qualified leads into paying advisory clients through structured outbound calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and consultative conversations.

This is a high-energy, high-ownership role that requires strong sales instinct, presentable communication, follow-up discipline, and the ability to close premium-priced financial products.

You are the person who turns interest into revenue.


Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time, exclusive role.

Parallel work, freelancing, or side engagements are not permitted.

The candidate is required to have their own laptop.

The role works in close proximity to the founders, with high accountability and real decision ownership.
